Hi Kalveer, The main thing is to make sure that each section of the roof is mapped the correct way up, that looks like the problem. You’ll need to display the image on your model, select each area of roof separately and rotate or align and scale the mapping to suit the roof tiles in your texture image.
I’m guessing your tiles are just one image on it’s own, so make sure your the image (ahem) tiles seamlessly when it repeats, it looks like that needs a bit of work at the moment.
Also don’t forget on the subject of attention to detail you should put in the ridge tiles (usually curved) at the top of the roof and there is usually “flashing” where one section of the roof meets another http://www.k-roofing.co.uk/images/lead_valley_stepped_flashing.jpg
